As a lay-led union, officers of the City of Leicester NEU district perform their duties during term time only. Therefore, are only contactable during term-time in Leicester, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

The office telephone may not always be reachable, as only one or two officers work each day of the week. If this is the case, please leave a voicemail and an officer will aim to respond within 2-3 working days.

Advice Line phone lines open Monday – Friday, 9am – 7pm, with the exception of 11am-12pm every Tuesday. Advice Line can provide initial advice as well as pass on messages back to the Leicester office to follow-up.
